Platform Access Form Disclosure

Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Regulation No. 679/ 20 16 on the protection of personal data, updated to Legislative Decree No. 101/2018.
In compliance with the above legal provisions, we inform you that when you fill in the fields of the “Platform Access” form, your personal data are collected and processed. The purposes and methods of their processing are explained below.

Subject of processing.

Personal data voluntarily indicated by you in the “Platform Access” form. (First Name, Last Name, authorized phone number, E-mail, etc.).

Purpose of the processing.

The personal data indicated will be used to manage the access to the platform “Wallible.”

By filling out the form, you consent to the processing of your personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below. Explicit consent will be requested from you through a not pre-filled checkbox choice.

Consensual Basis

Consent, according to the new General Regulations (Art. 4 GDPR), is any free, specific, informed and unambiguous manifestation of will, following our clear and concise request. Your provided consent applies to all processing activities carried out for the same purpose(s).
Regarding the provision of data this is optional and is acquired with your consent which is implicit for the data you voluntarily provide to contact us, while it is explicit and necessary for your data to be processed for marketing purposes.
Your consent is considered freely given when you check the box with the corresponding flag.
N.B. In any case, and exclusively with reference to the use of the e-mail you provided when filling out the form, you are informed that you may still be sent informative and NOT advertising material on a one-time and infrequent/newsletter basis exclusively with reference to the request you previously filled out to access to the platform.

When your data must be processed in order to act in accordance with legal obligations to which the data controller itself is subject.

Processing methods.

Data processing is carried out through computer and telematic supports by specially appointed internal subjects. The data are stored in electronic archives with full assurance of the security measures provided by the legislator.

Communication and dissemination of data

The data collected will not be disseminated, sold or exchanged with third parties, except for possible communication to authorized third parties only where necessary and for the purpose of this information. The data may be communicated to the competent authorities, according to the terms of the law.
In any case, processing by third parties must be carried out in a fair manner and in compliance with applicable legal provisions.

Storage times

Your data will be kept only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes of managing requests to access to the platform. The data may be retained until you request deletion or until the purposes for which the data are collected and processed are fulfilled.
With reference to the processing for purposes of the possible sending of promotional communications, if you have decided to provide your consent, the data will be kept no longer than two years from the first contact and in any case until the purposes of the processing have been pursued or until - if previously - the revocation of the specific consent by the data subject, subject therefore to the opposition to the processing by the Data Subject.

Rights of the data subject

Pursuant to Articles 13, paragraph 2, letters (b) and (d), 14, 15, 18, 19 and 21 of the Regulations, we inform you that you have the right to request from Francesco Giacomelli, as data controller:

  1. access to your personal data;
  2. the rectification;
  3. the cancellation of the same;
  4. the limitation of the processing that concerns you;
  5. to object to their processing, in the cases provided for.

Please note that as a data subject, you have the right to file a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, following the procedures and directions published on the official website of the Garante della Privacy: https://www.garanteprivacy.it/
Any rectification or cancellation or restriction of processing carried out at your request - unless this proves to be impossible or involves a disproportionate effort - will be communicated by the Controller without any constraint of form and is free of charge.
